Lights, camera, ACTION!

It is not every day that you can get to say that you got to ask questions to one of the BBC’s top producers but that is exactly what happened for the year 13 & 14 Moving Image Arts and Performing Art classes.Organised by Mrs Loughery, with the help of Miss Hutchinson in the office, Susan Hogg came in for a question and answer session. Most famous for producing Lark Rise, Survivors and Waking the Dead, this was an excellent opportunity for the students to ask about life in front and behind the camera, and ask they did! Not only that but the teachers present also showed a lot of interest in certain actors and what they were like!

Originally a native of Dungiven, Susan Hogg was able to show the students the variety of jobs available and what they could achieve through hard work and perseverance. The only question left to ask is what our pupils will be doing in 10 years time? The future is certainly looking bright!
