As part of our support for charities, the school is organising a fundraising non-uniform day on Friday 27 November. On this occasion pupils may attend school in their own clothes for a minimum donation of £1. You should also be aware that a snack bar will be available in the front foyer for pupils during break and lunch time where all proceeds will also go to the charity.
Through the generosity and support of this school, Limavady’s local businesses and community, the Youth Club has travelled to Bulgaria on two separate occasions, 2006 and 2008. On both occasions, a total of £2500 was donated to the orphanages. However, each year that the group has returned only reinforces the need and want to do more which is why a third trip is planned in 2010.
Donations will be collected by LHS Youth Club Young Leaders during first period.
