No Smoking Day

This year’s No Smoking Day theme is break free, an invitation to use No Smoking Day to make a lifelong change.

More than a million smokers will use No Smoking Day to try to quit.

The next No Smoking Day takes place today, on 10 March 2010. It’s the 27th campaign, and over the last quarter century it’s grown into the UK’s leading public health event, helping over a million smokers quit for good.

With No Smoking Day, there’s no pressure. When smokers are ready to stop, the No Smoking Day charity is ready to help, directing people to the support that’s right for them, when and where they want it.

Be sure to check our some of our pupils poems about smoking!
