Three of our pupils received awards at Limavady Sports Council’s 35th Annual Awards Dinner held in the Drummond Hotel, Ballykelly on Friday 30th March.
Star athlete Sally Brown, who will be competing at this summer’s London 2012 Paralympics, not only won the Female Youth Award but was also runner-up in the Female Senior Award.
The Male School Pupil Award was awarded to Ben Quigg for his outstanding achievements in archery while Kyle Ferguson was runner-up for his performances in kickboxing.
Former School Principal, Mr D Dunlop, was delighted that the efforts of the pupils had been recognised outside the immediate school community and wished them every success for the future.
