The skills I developed through Arts subjects and school shows have been so vital in developing self-confidence and shaping my character. I have great memories of when the school got its Specialist status; the excitement was phenomenal, people were buzzing to be a part of this new thing; it had such a positive effect on the whole school and in my opinion it is so important for the school to continue this great work, to inspire kids like me to really achieve and become all that they can become.

The study of Religious Education is compulsory for all pupils but parents may withdraw their child from Religious Education and Collective Worship on grounds of personal choice and conscience.
