The school day begins at 9.00 am. Each period lasts for 35 minutes. At 10.45 am

pupils either attend Year Assembly or Form Class until 11.00 am when a morning break of 15 minutes begins. Senior Lunch (Years 10-12) begins at 12.25 pm and ends at 1.00 pm.  Junior Lunch (Years 8 – 9) begins at 1.00 pm and ends at 1.25 pm. (Year 13 and 14 students are also timetabled for lunch from 1.00 pm to 1.25pm.  Lunch times are closely supervised by teaching and support staff.  The school day ends at 3.20pm.  All the post primary schools in the Roe Valley Learning Community attempt to co-ordinate timings to facilitate movement between sites.  Timings of the school day may be revised and amended from time-to-time.
