Drama
Subject Overview
​
All pupils study Drama at KS3 and follow the N.I Curriculum. They are taught specific drama skills through the study of Improvisation, Scripted Performance and Mime which prepare them for GCSE Drama and A Level Performing Arts, should they choose to pursue the subject further. The subject also focuses on wider skills such as team work and personal responsibility as well as incorporating the core values of the school.

GCSE Drama and A Level Performing Arts follow CCEA exam specifications.

Additional Information
Drama Club takes place during the Spring Term and is open to Years 8 – 10.

The school show, which takes place, every two years, includes a cast from years 8 – 14.
